JOHNNY TRIESCH

Founder and CEO of Longhorn Recycling, Johnny Triesch is a San Antonio native born and raised.  After attending the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his BA in Marketing, Johnny began his career in recycling.  He has gained a wealth of insight over 50 years.  After serving as President of Newell Recycling, Johnny utilized his knowledge and experience to begin Longhorn Recycling L.P. in 1993.  His entrepreneurial spirit has proven vital to the success Longhorn Recycling has achieved in the scrap recycling industry.

Taylor Triesch

Taylor joined the family company in 2004.  His duties include overseeing operations at Longhorn Recycling.  His 20-year background in this industry has given Taylor an enormous ability in dealing with, handling, and pricing the needs of customers, both commercial and personal. His goal is to have customers feel good about their experience at Longhorn Recycling.

Jennifer Jackson

A San Antonio Native, Jennifer began her career in recycling in January of 1994.  She is a graduate of UTSA with a BBA in Accounting.  With over 30 years at Longhorn Recycling, Jennifer, now Vice President, helps with all operations and departments as lead management.

Amy Turcotte

Amy has worked with the family business in recycling for over 12 years and serves as the  marketing and special projects director for Longhorn Recycling. Amy has a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business from The University of Texas.  Business prevailed as Amy’s love and she eventually got involved in the family business.
